Should I choose a chart of compatibility when choosing an alum lug?

It is much easier to deal with alum cable lugs that are made in accordance with Russian standard ГОСТ 9581-80 as the nominal cross sections of bimetallic lugs correspond the nominal sections of alum wires with 1st or 2nd class of flexibility.
