Why KBT does not have copper cable lugs with cross-section up to 300 mm²?

KBT has two types of copper cables lug up to 300² mm: with (ТМЛ) and without tin plating (ТМ). Their inner diameter is 24 mm, which is fairly enough for a copper cable of 300 mm² of 2nd flexibility class. ТМЛ lugs are made by the 6th flexibility class of wires. However, there are no fine-wire stranded cables with a cross-section of 300 mm². So ТМЛ lugs are ideal for cables with cross-section 300 mm².
