What is better- a cold shrinkable or a heat-shrinkable sleeve?

The man circumstance that should be considered in this case is the possibility of using a heat gun. If the use of a heat gun is not possible for some reasons, it’s better to choose a cold shrinkable sleeve. The main difference though is the price. The cold shrinkable sleeve is more expensive but can solve a problem when it is not possible to use heating for shrinkage.
