Can I use screw wire nut connectors for work with alum cables?

No. The screw wire nut connectors are made for copper cables only. It is also not possible to connect copper cable with an alum cable in one screw. Two well-known manufacturers have one type of screw wire connectors for work with alum cables, but the design is very different from the common types and antioxidant paste is obligatory for use in installation. Russian market offers screw wire but connectors for copper cables only.
