What is the difference between stainless steel cable ties and stainless steel straps with brackets?

Fixation of stainless steel cable ties with ball-lock is much quicker and easier. Cable ties are the most comfortable variant for professional installations. СКЛ cable ties have a different lock that is called Multilock, it has a special spring lock for additional fixation. СКБ-П ties have a bracket lock that lets to unlock the tie if needed. One of the advantages of the stainless steel straps used together with a bracket is that you can cut the necessary length of the strap. But in usage, they are not so comfortable as they require many steps and time for installation.
