After the complete operation, the punch retracts together with the busbar, as there is no gap between the punched busbar and the punch. If you will try to take off the busbar by shifting it to sides and can cause deformation of the hole and damaged the punch. That is why it is recommended to use a special releaser that should be placed on the tool before you start punching. This releaser is designed for accurate and easy take off the punched busbar from the punch.

ШД-95 NEO has a special busbar releaser and ШД 110 NEO does not have one. Why is it so?

ШД 110 NEO is designed so that the busbar is pressed to the die during punching. After the complete operation, the busbar can be easily released from the punch.

Why should I place the busbar ideally before starting to bend?

There is a special brace n the tool that helps the user to place the busbar correctly and symmetric with the central excel of the plunger. Even a slight shift of the busbar can cause small invisible deformations and damage to the polished surface of the hydraulic ram that will affect the productivity of the tool in the future.

What is the difference between the tools for cutting busbars: ШР-150 NEO and ШР-150 V NEO?

ШР-150 NEO has a straight blade that is fixed at a small angle. Due to different stages of deformation that force metal to be cut, one side of the busbar gets slightly bend after cutting with a straight blade. 150 V NEO has a V-shaped blade that pierces the busbar fixed between two lower blades. The cutting force is distributed evenly so that the busbar is cut ideally straight after a completed operation. It is important to know that after such cutting you will get a leftover metal piece that is the same width as the V-shaped blade. So if you need cutting without leftovers of metal you’d better chose model 150 NEO. In case you need ideal cutting with straight busbar in the result, you’d better chose 150 V NEO.

Can I work with all three tools of the universal tool for busbars СШО NEO?

No, it is not possible. There is a distribution tap that guides the supply of hydraulic oil to each of the tools. Moreover, the time of the operation is different for all three different tools (for bending, cutting and punching)

How can I connect several tools to one hydraulic pump?

A hydraulic pump can be connected to several tools with the help of distribution tap КГР-3, you will also need 2 or three high-pressure hoses for such connection. However you will not be able to work with all tools simultaneously, the tools will be supplied with pressure from the pump one by one.

Is it possible to use dies МПШО with busbar punchers ШД-110 NEO?
