  • Designed for terminating crimping aluminum cables and wires and then connect them to the copper busbars and terminals of electrical devices
  • Operating voltage: up to 35 kV
  • Material: Tubular part - Electrical aluminium , grade - AD1, contact spade part  - Electrical copper, grade M1
  • Copper and aluminum parts of the ferrules are interconnected by friction welding and provide a firm metals contact metals at the molecular level
  • The spade part is displaced relative to the central axis and located below the cylindrical body part
  • Contact spade is entirely made of electrical copper, in accordance with the European standards. The boundary between the copper and aluminum parts of the lug passes through the "neck", which excludes possible contact of aluminum with copper busbar and the formation of galvanic couples
  • Tubular part of lug is made of aluminum rod and has continuous closed structure
  • Sector shaped conductors before crimping should be pre-rounded with a help of rounding dies  НМ-300-С (КВТ)
