  •  High quality tin with bismuth alloying additives ensures reliable protection against corrosion of contact connections. Matte tin-bismuth tinning distinguishes “КВТ” products from other South East Asia cable lugs manufacturers, which use cheap shiny surface.
  •  85 items in two types of climatic performance
  •  Cable lugs shanks, in accordance with standard - GOST, are designed for cables and wires of the 5th and 6th grades of flexibility. For the installation of standard copper wires of the 2nd and 3rd grades of flexibility,  it is recommended to select needed sizes of cable lugs by using  special table.
  •  Embossed marking of manufacturer's logo and size on each cable lug
  •  Mandatory chamfering and tumbling operations exclude the presence of burrs and facilitate the establishment of the cable core into the cable lug.
  •  After stamping, cable lugs are annealed for achieving improvement of  plasticity of the material
  •  Special series of high-precision dies for crimping cable lugs and ferrules, in accordance with standard – GOST have MW shape.  These dies can be perfectly combined with established tools- “KBT“ hydraulic crimping tools.  
  •  Technological equipment and dies for the production of "КВТ” cable lugs are designed and manufactured in the tool workshop of our factory
